Bradtech Ltd is based at Seighford near Stafford, England and close to junction 14 off the M6.
Coach and Bus
For the past 26 years we have been established as a leading supplier to the coach & vehicle trade of equipment for passenger comfort and convenience. We provide a range of toilets, drinks machines, serveries, water tanks, fridges, boilers and associated plumbing and wiring. We also manufacture many of our units and install them to specified customer requirements.
Parts and Components - Wholesale Distribution.
We distribute products from many well known suppliers such as Whale, Thetford, Indel, Waeco/Dometic, Shurflo, Flojet, Antares, Victron and Vikan. We aslo sell products to our own design and manufacture.

Our main customer base consists of coach builders and operators. We also supply to specialist vehicle builders and operators and to Specialised Industrial users. These include mobile toilet hire operators, mobile welfare providers and builders of special welfare units.
We have now expanded to distribute spare parts and components to private vehicle and boat owners, as well as being able to support service engineers and dealers.
Business Operation.
All the systems and procedures we have at Bradtech are geared towards being able to respond quickly and effectively to the demands of customers. Their needs are never more demanding than when a coach is not available for service because its passenger service equipment is not fully functional. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our level of customer service, as many of the recipients of this years customer care and customer satisfaction questionnaires will already know. Various initiatives to measure and improve quality are in place and with a focus on everyone adopting excellence as their standard.
