24 volt 60 A relay.This is the relay installed internally on the 201 type water heater. BE141 is a single contact normally open relay with a 24 volt coil. The main power terminals are 6mm diameter threads with nuts and the coil terminals are 6mm push on spade type. This can be used for most drink water heaters in use on coaches and for control purposes in the supply wires for a lot of higher current consumers.

Supplied with silver plated contacts to suit 16 sq mm cables - these need a suitable crimp tool to install them. Thermal to protect 201 heaters from overheat and run dry situations. The fuse will break contact to the element at a certain temeprature. Each element in the water heater has a fuse in the supply cable from the relay - usually located in a plastic sleeve on the cable. Replacement fuses are soldered into place - using a pliers or similar as a heat sink to protect the fuse from the heat of soldering.

Vertical Float Switch used in Transvend/Bradtech 201 drink water heater. This can also be used for other tank applications. The no/nc sense can be reversed by removing the float and fitting it the other way up. Comes with an expanding bush for blind fitting - is also available with a nut and washer.

The internal switch is a reed swith and needs a relay to control pumps etc.. This can be used in hot and cold drinking water.

Plastic bush to make water connections on the top plate of the 201 boiler. These are installed using the M16 half nut , J17-0408. The inlet bush for the incoming cold water should also have a silicon pipe fitted to it inside the boiler to lead the cold water to the bottom of the tank.
